MrsGossCooks: I have a theory about creating great food. It is always best when sharing your creation with someone. It is always most fun when cooking with someone. Music should always be involved. You need a "I dare myself to cook anything" attitude. Including those family traditions (and sometimes whole recipes) can assure a wonderful and meaningful eating experience! I learned every single cooking skill from my mother. Those experiences are some of the best memories that I have and I give ALL my credit to her! I hope one day to share my knowledge with my daughter or son someday!
